TaroCandyNails is based in Ontario, Canada. We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Processing time

In-stock sizes: ship within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order sets: each set is hand-painted for you and takes 1–8 weeks to produce, depending on the design's complexity and our current queue. We will send you an estimated production time after you order.
Custom designs: can take up to two months depending on the queue.

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Local delivery is available within 20 km of our studio in Oakville, ON: free on orders $40+ (CAD), $5 for smaller orders. If your address qualifies, it will appear as an option at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). See our Refund Policy for details.
